By accessing JobWhale.co.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
JobWhale is a UK job board connecting job seekers with employers. Job seekers may search and apply for jobs free of charge. NHS trusts, universities, colleges and registered charities may post jobs free of charge, forever, subject to verification of eligibility. Other employers may post jobs under a paid plan as described on our Employers page.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to provide accurate information when registering an account or posting a job listing, and to use JobWhale only for lawful recruitment and job-seeking purposes. We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise breaches these terms or UK employment and equality law.
Free-tier eligibility for NHS, university, college and charity accounts is verified at our discretion, typically via an organisational email domain or supporting documentation, and may be reviewed or revoked if an account no longer meets the eligibility criteria.

3. Payments and Cancellation

Paid employer plans are billed as described at checkout, in GBP, inclusive of any applicable VAT and transaction fees shown at that time. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your employer dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our service or to comply with legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of JobWhale after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
