For Job Seekers

Yes. Searching for jobs, saving jobs, creating job alerts and using the CV Builder are all free for job seekers.

No — you can search and read job listings without an account. You will need a free account to save jobs, create job alerts and apply to jobs directly on JobWhale.

Tell us what you are looking for — keywords, category and location — and we will email you when new matching jobs are posted. Create a job alert.

Open the job listing and follow the Apply option. Some listings come from our job partners, such as Reed and Adzuna. These are clearly marked as sourced from that partner and take you to the original advert to complete your application.

Employers post directly on JobWhale, and some listings are supplied by job partners. Every listing shows where it came from, and partner listings link back to the original posting.

For Employers

Eligible NHS organisations and healthcare bodies, government and public-sector organisations, Universities, Colleges and registered charities can advertise standard vacancies without a posting fee.

When you register, you choose your organisation type and give your official website and work email. Official domains such as .NHS.uk, .gov.uk and .ac.uk help us verify you quickly. Everyone else is reviewed manually, and we may ask for supporting evidence such as a charity registration number. Free status is only activated once eligibility is confirmed.

Choose a package: 3 Jobs (£99 + VAT), Growth (£199 + VAT per month, up to 25 job adverts per month) or Professional (£399 + VAT per month, up to 100 job adverts per month). See Employer pricing.

Post your first 3 jobs for just £49 + VAT, normally £99. It is 3 job adverts that stay live for 1 month.

Yes. New Employer accounts are reviewed before they can post, and we may ask for your company registration details. This helps keep JobWhale free of spam and junk listings.

Yes. High-volume packages are available for Employers and recruitment agencies. Contact JobWhale to discuss what you need.

The 3 Jobs package stays live for 1 month. Growth and Professional packages include monthly allowances of job adverts, as described on the pricing page.
