1. Eligibility and Verification

These Employer Terms supplement our general Terms & Conditions and apply to all organisations posting jobs on JobWhale. Free-tier listings are reserved for eligible NHS organisations, government and public-sector employers, universities, colleges and registered charities. We may verify eligibility using your official domain (e.g. .nhs.uk, .gov.uk, .ac.uk) or by manual review, and may request supporting evidence such as charity registration numbers.

Providing false information to obtain free-tier access is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and the listing being removed.

2. Job Listing Standards

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every listing you post. Listings must describe a genuine vacancy, comply with UK employment and equality law (including non-discriminatory language), and must not be used for training courses, franchise/MLM recruitment, or any purpose other than genuine hiring.

3. Paid Packages

Employers who do not qualify for free-tier listings may purchase a paid package as described on our pricing page. Charges are billed in GBP at checkout, inclusive of any applicable VAT. Package limits (number of postings, duration, featured placement) are as stated at the time of purchase.

4. Suspension and Termination

We may remove a listing or suspend an employer account that breaches these terms, posts unlawful or misleading content, or misuses candidate data shared through the platform.
